Q. What countries can you ship to?

A. Currently, we only ship to the United States and Canada.

 

Q: How do I donate a uniform?

Q. Can I donate a uniform from another country?

A. Although there are heroes across the globe, Hero Worn Apparel Co's mission is to honor heroes of the United States. 

 

Q. Can I donate a deceased family member's uniform?

A. Please visit out "Donate A Uniform" page for details. 

 

Q. How do you know that the donated uniforms have actually been worn in the field?

A. All uniform donors go through an interview process where they are required to provide documentation of their service. 

 

Q. Where are our products made?

A. All final assembly and printing is done in The United States. All Hero Patches are manufactured in The United States.  While most of our products also originate in The United States, at times we have to look else where due to availability. All products will be marked accordingly.

Q. How often do your biographies change per field of service?

A. Our biographies are based on availability of uniforms donated. We try to change biographies every 60 days. During checkout, the dates next to the fields of service indicate when the biography was published. When the date changes, this indicated a new biography is being used for each branch. This process helps you to avoid receiving a duplicate biography; however, we do not accept returns for duplicate biographies so pay attention to the dates when making multiple purchases over time.

Q. How often do you make donations to the charities that your company supports?

A. Donations are made to the four charities quarterly. The amount is based on total sales for that quarter. To learn information about the charities we support please visit our "About Us" page. 

 

Q: What is your return policy?

A: You may return new items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund minus shipping and handling.  After 7 days, we unfortunately do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Returned items must be unworn and unwashed. You MUST include everything that was originally shipped with your purchase (item, biography packet, etc.)  If the item appears to have been worn or is lacking all of the accompanying items sent with that particular product, it will not be eligible for a refund. 

You should expect a refund within 30 days of your return being sent out. However in most cases store credit will be received sooner. This gives us time to receive and process the item being returned.

Exchanges can be made within 7 days of delivery (except Preorder/Limited Edition items. See below). Exchanges must be unworn and unwashed. You MUST include everything that was originally shipped with your purchase (item, biography packet, etc.)  If the item appears to have been worn or is lacking all of the accompanying items sent with that particular product, it will not be eligible for an exchange.

PREORDER/LIMITED EDITION items are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged unless their was an error in processing/shipping. All orders will come with your packing slip. If a mistake was made on our end, all items need to be returned with the packing slip, need to be unworn, and unwashed in order for an exchange to be made. 

Shipping is nonrefundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.  

Orders are processed within 2 business days, unless it is for a preorder.
